General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Site www.Bustourant.com and AM BUS TOURS LTD

Please read these booking conditions carefully as they are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and the company AM BUS Tours ltd, trading as Bustourant, the registered office is located at 0/2 28 Albert Avenue, Glasgow, G42 8RE, registered under company number SC593184. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to the bound by the terms and conditions of this agreements. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, then please do not use this service.

Accuracy of Information on the Site.

We do our best to ensure that information on the www.bustourant.com is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, services, descriptions and prices of those services or products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Terms of Sale

The sales of the tickets on the website are offered to individuals and business customers.
By placing an order with us you are:
• offering to purchase a service we provide;
• You understand that the tickets are only valid for the date and the time on the booking confirmation.
• stating that you are of legal age to form a binding contract;
• representing that all information you provided to us with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the method payment provided.
• You understand that you may need to share the table. Please refer to Tables Allocation section for more details

  • If you have special dietary requirements you must notify us 24 hours before the tour

The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount you have been charged.
You can make an individual booking or request the private hire.
The individual booking can be made directly on the website by following “Make a booking” link. For bookings over 8 people, customer needs to contact us on +447931484703 to arrange.

For private hire you are invited to contact us on +447931484703 to discuss the individual circumstances and obtain the quotes for the service. Once the details are agreed you will be able to make a payment over the call.

Changes or cancellation of the individual bookings

Cancellations or changes to the individual booking can be done either by contacting us on +447931484703 or be communicated via E-mail at info@bustourant.com, no less than 72 hours in advance of the booking date in order to receive a refund. In special circumstances we will be able to offer you the refund if the time remaining to the booking is less than 72 hours.Changes to different date and time will be subject to availability and prior approval of Bustourant
No refunds or partial refunds will be given once the event of the booking has commenced.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given in case of either delay or non-appearance of the part of the customer.

Changes or cancellation of the private bookings

Cancellations or changes to the private hire can be done either by contacting us on +447931484703 or be communicated via E-mail at info@bustourant.com, no less than 7 days in advance of the booking date in order to receive a full refund. In special circumstances we will be able to offer you the refund if the time remaining to the booking is less than 7 days.
Changes to different date and time will be subject to availability and prior approval of Bustourant

Payment methods

We allow buyers to use various forms of payments on Bustourant.com. Our customers can pay by credit card, debit card, Bustourant vouchers or Paypal
All payments made on the site are secured. In addition, to protect you from the fraud, your bank may ask you for an authentication code to verify that you are the owner of the bank card used.

Tables’ allocations

The Bustourant has seating capacity of 28 divided into tables of 4 or two tables of 2.
You are unable to choose the tables in advance but the allocation will be made by the manager and will be based on the first come first serve basis and we will commit to give you the best seat possible.

Dependent on the numbers of persons in your booking and availability you may be required to share a table.

Safety on the bus

We take safety very seriously on the bus therefore while on the board you must follow the instruction of the crew. You are required to arrive at least 10 min early to safely allow us to allocate you to your seat.
Smoking is not permitted on board.
Bustourant will refuse to carry any passengers whose behaviors and actions are likely to cause offence to other customers or put other customers and crew at risk.

Disable access

All the tables are located on the upper deck of the bus therefore unfortunately we are not able to offer seat to customers with limited mobility.

Toilet

There is unisex, customer toilet available on the board of the bus.

Dietary Requirements and sell of the alcohol

You need to contact us in advance if you have any dietary constraints in order to us advice you if it’s possible to make a special food. Contact should be made on +44793484703 at least 24 hours before the tour or make relevant notice during bookings.
We cannot guarantee the food will be free from nuts or other allergens due to the preparation place size constraints.
Alcohol

Sell of alcohol is prohibited on board of Bustourant. You are invited to bring your won bottle of wine or beer. The limit is set up for one bottle of wine per two people or two bottle of beers per one person. Manager may refuse to agree to open any other alcoholic beverages on board.

Gift cards

We offer the gift card system which you can purchase on the www.bustourant.com\giftcard . The gift card is interchangeable to the booking only and you will not be able to change it for cash. The booking is subject to availability.
Gift card will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Disclaimers and limitation of liabilities

Bustourant will not be responsible for any damage, loss or theft of personal belongings while on the board.
Bustourant accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
We always send out emails (in case you gave us the right email address) to confirm the bookings but unfortunately sometimes they end up in the spam folder, check and save our email address as safe! We can not be responsible if you fail to read the email with details which we send you.
The closure of venues which Bustourant tours visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of Bustourant or where Bustourant is not notified by the Venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue. The inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.

This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Your obligations

By making a booking you warrant and represent that your content will comply with these terms and conditions.
